YP Business is a cloud based fully-integrated business management application for the SME. It is designed to slash the time you spend managing your business finances, by helping you with tasks such as:

Which YP Business plan is right for me and what is the monthly subscription cost?

Our monthly subscription cost is $100 per app, and there is a discount for yearly subscription. You may refer to the pricing plan for more details.

Will YP Business work on my Apple Mac?

Yes, YP Business is a cloud based application that can be used on any compatible browser on any computer (PC or Mac), and mobile device.

Can I access YP Business on my mobile phone or tablet?

YP Business can be accessed from any web enabled mobile device with a web browser. The experience is optimised on any iOS device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) and Android tablet or Smartphone.

Can I access YP Business offline?

You will need an internet connection to access our applications.

Am I entitled to software updates/upgrades and how do I upgrade?

Yes. One of the many benefits of cloud based software is that you’re always on the latest version. Updates happen automatically and won’t affect your data in the slightest. If the software has been updated, you’ll see a message when you log in.

Yes, there is a 30 days Free Trial .You can register here to get your account activated.

How do I subscribe if I decide that YP Business is right for me?

What information do I need to sign up?

Getting started is easy. You need to provide some very basic information about your business we get you signed up.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be done both online through Visa and MasterCard and offline, through direct debit and GIRO.

Can I pay the subscription annually?

Yes, subscriptions can be charged on either monthly or yearly basis.

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes, the minimum subscription period is 12 months.

Does YP Business provide onsite setup assistance?

There is no need for any prior setup, as our solution is available on the cloud. However, to kick start your use of the software, we do provide in-house training sessions and comprehensive user guides for our customers.

Can I have more than one company file?

Each account is for one company.

Can multiple users access my YP Business company file at the same time?

Yes, we have no restriction for number of users to access at the same time. The administrator can create multiple users and allow them to access.

Can I import and export data into YP Business?

Yes you can import and export the following lists to and from MS Excel or CSV file for Inventory module:

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • Products and services

Plus you can export reports to MS Excel.

Data and Security

How secure is my data?

Our solution, is on the cloud, and all necessary means to ensure security and confidentiality of the system is implemented for our integrated solutions.  Technically, we have implemented SSL to secure all transactions that happens between your computer and our system.  Your data will also NOT be accessible by anyone, other than the users that are designated by your administrator.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can download the data to you own local PC.

Can I download a copy of my data?

YP Business allows you to export the following lists to MS Excel with one click of your mouse:

  • Chart of accounts
  • Customers and suppliers
  • Products and services
  • Employees

You can also export YP Business report to MS Excel.

If you need to reset the password, please login to https://ww.ypbusiness.sg/ and click Forgot Password.  Please follow the instructions for resetting the password.
